Purchased a 2019 CR-V recently. Everyone that helped us along in the process made it a great experience. Super amazing! I came in for an 11:00 am appointment with the salesman that showed my wife and I the car a few days earlier. My salesman wasn’t there. The manager, Mike told me I would have a new salesman working with me. I was a little anxious to get this process started so I could get my car and get home. Then my new salesman Damon, introduced himself. Very quickly my anxiousness turned to appreciation to get to know this shining spirit of a man. Damon made the process of buying a car seem more like having coffee with an old friend or maybe a new friend. As we talked, we shared inspirational stories about our families and our faith. As we were about to finish up, I got to meet one of his daughters he had so proudly told me about. I couldn’t wait to get home to show my wife our new car but also to tell her about our new friend Damon and show her the pics of him and his daughter. My experience was super amazing and yes by the way, I bought a beautiful car that my wife and I are really excited about. Thank you Honda World for my new car and new friend. More

Great Experience My husband and I drove 2 1/2 hours (Indpls, IN) to test drive a 2017 Cadillac XT5 Luxury that was listed online. I contacted the dealership twice (da My husband and I drove 2 1/2 hours (Indpls, IN) to test drive a 2017 Cadillac XT5 Luxury that was listed online. I contacted the dealership twice (day before & day of) to confirm the vehicle was available and was told it was. When we arrived, it wasn't on the lot. It was at the garage, which was offsite, being detailed. With that said, we were unable to test driving the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle based on pics we saw online and the word of the sales team. And, they delivered it to us later that week!! We love it!! Thank you, Honda World!! We'll definitely be back!! More
