Awesome Salesman and Awesome Dealership! I had been to another dealer in Louisville that lied to me as they were trying to simply get a sale. I spoke with Eric and his sales manager at The B I had been to another dealer in Louisville that lied to me as they were trying to simply get a sale. I spoke with Eric and his sales manager at The Big Lot and they were honest and up front with me about everything and this immediately gave them the sale! Thank you guys!! Amazing dealership with amazing staff I met Ryan Anderson 6 months back when I thought of purchasing CRV. He showed so many options and explained the features so well. Replacing a Paid-off, Accident-totaled Auto When my auto was totaled in an accident, I was devastated with going through the process of buying a new car. Did not know which way to turn since my When my auto was totaled in an accident, I was devastated with going through the process of buying a new car. Did not know which way to turn since my car had been paid off and I was still happy with that car. I suddenly realized I had purchased my last 2 cars from Arthur Wilson when he worked a Mitsubishi. He had told me he was moving to Honda once the Mitsubishi dealership closed. So, I began looking for Arthur and found him. From that point on, he guided me through the car-buying process again. I began to relax and believe that all would turn out okay. Arthur and his team (Ryan, Jeani and Rob) all provided me with the steps I needed to get through my trauma. Excellent Car Buying Experience I purchased a new Accord for my son and a Civic for my daughter and the experience couldn't have gone any better. Scott Wood was my salesperson and h I purchased a new Accord for my son and a Civic for my daughter and the experience couldn't have gone any better. Scott Wood was my salesperson and he worked with me via email for about a month prior to the purchase to help get the deal together and finalized. Solomon Sandalo worked with us the day of the purchase to help us learn the vehicles and get us on our way. Finally Ryan Carter in finance helped us to understand and to finalize all of the paperwork for the deal. A very easy and enjoyable experience. This is my second time buying a new Honda here and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. More
