Best car buying experience ever !! My husband couldn't go with me to look at cars, so I ventured out on my own, a little intimidated by the thought of doing this alone. I almost passed up stopping at Honda World which would have been a huge mistake. Chris Stromberg greeted me at the door with a huge smile and an incredible willingness to help. I had a large list of options I was looking for and things I did not want and Chris immediately pulled up cars on their website to show me. He was GREAT, never pushy and very patient and easy going. He made this experience a true pleasure. I can't say enough about his attentiveness to detail and to my specific needs, as well as continuing to come up with other options that fit into my specifications. Down to the last detail of wrapping up this deal, he was FABULOUS! But not only was Chris the best, the other people we dealt with from the manager who gave me a price for my trade-in (which was top dollar) to the finance office (Ryan Carter) to our delivery specialist who showed me all the "how-to's" with my new vehicle and paired up my phone (Blake Beard). Ryan was so great to work with and even found us a better interest rate than we originally talked about. This was definitely a "better and easier than I could have imagined" experience in buying a car. We will definitely look here first the next time we are in the car purchasing mood. Well done guys, we couldn't have been more satisfied with your professionalism, service, friendliness and my new car. Looking forward to dealing with you in the future. Thanks !! More
