Ryan asked me to change my first review because the unsatisfactory service was not entirely his fault. I did but that was a mistake as the issues were never resolved and to be brief the weatherproof ma unsatisfactory service was not entirely his fault. I did but that was a mistake as the issues were never resolved and to be brief the weatherproof mats that we’re in the car when purchased were not in car when vehicle was picked up, the key to lug nuts not in car and told us he would order it for us then he changed his story and now he wants me to take my time to get the car serviced to have the lug nuts removed. I received an onstar email stating my tires were low and needed air? Then my husband had to fill the windshield wiper container. This is all supposed to be checked BEFORE the client picks the vehicle up. This is only a few of the issues. There are others such as the incomplete installation of trailer hitch for which we never received the cover. I call him today and was treated with such unacceptable service. I am beyond disappointed. More
