Slow and possibly questionable business practices. My truck sat for a week untouched even though parts were already on site. The initial diagnoses when they thought I was a pay out of pocket customer My truck sat for a week untouched even though parts were already on site. The initial diagnoses when they thought I was a pay out of pocket customer was two faulty parts but suddenly after telling them I had an extended warranty only one component needed to be replaced. I was never called on the days that calls had been promised and after I called for updates I was told I had to call back in a couple hours because the shop foreman and mechanics like to take multiple hour lunch breaks even though they are supposedly drowning in customers waiting for service. This was my second service at this dealership and both times they attempted to bill me for parts that didn’t need to be replaced and took 4x longer than what the maintenance manual calls for to complete the job. I won’t be going back and I’m going to tell anyone who will listen to not under any circumstances take your vehicle to them. More
