This visit was outstanding. I had an issue prior and did a negative survey about my prior experience. Now I am telling everyone of the Great experience I received this time. I received a call around 7:30am from the Service department Manager, Clint, to hear my concerns. He was exceptional. He listened and promised to resolve my issue. He was very professional and accepted responsibility for the prior experience and promised it would be better. Throughout this entire visit, Ryan Drew, service employee was also exceptional. He communicated throughout the process and kept me informed. Since they had to keep my vehicle for a couple of days, I was given a rental car. Both Clint and Ryan gave me a world class experience. The way they handled this interaction with be the reason I will purchase my 3rd vehicle in 5 years from Ralph Sellers in December. Great Job Clint and Ryan resolving my concerns. You guys Rock! More
