I have come to believe they do not know how to fix Chevrolet‘s. I’ve had to take my vehicle in multiple times to fix the same problem. It’s like they change parts, but don’t check to see if anything e Chevrolet‘s. I’ve had to take my vehicle in multiple times to fix the same problem. It’s like they change parts, but don’t check to see if anything else is needed. They have all this high tech equipment to let them know where there is a problem, but they do not appear to use them. and then you take it and drive it and it’s still a problem. You have to bring it back and then they just keep charging you. I just picked it up again for another $400 repair. I will see if it shows the check engine light again. If it does appear again, I believe I will have to report this to GM. So sad. More

Track was in shop twice with same problem. First diagnosis was a transmission flush and fluid change. Attempting to save GM money for correct repair is not looking out for you customers. It was pretty frustrating because my car was gone for two weeks over a issue that could’ve been resolved a week earlier, if whoever the service tech or whoever the girl was that called me knew more about the weeks over a issue that could’ve been resolved a week earlier, if whoever the service tech or whoever the girl was that called me knew more about the warranties and the policies. Also, she did not have any of her effects together when it came down to who was going to cover the charge of my car by the time I was time for me to pick up my car I was being charged $300 and I shouldn’t have have been by the grace of God. The fee was waived, but what annoyed me was the lady told me that the fee was because my car was being rushed before all the other cars. This was my first time using ref seller service center. I can honestly say I did not have a great experience communication the lack of knowledge and the turnaround time to get my vehicle back was the issue. I will not be returning my car here for service. More

This is not the first time I have used Ralp Seller’s for servicing. After our complimentary oil change I attempted several times to set up subsequent service. Several of the calls were unanswered and whe servicing. After our complimentary oil change I attempted several times to set up subsequent service. Several of the calls were unanswered and when I did finally get through I was put on eternal hold. I gave up and went to Gerry Lane GMC to get our vehicle serviced. Great service at Gerry Lane. Gerry Lane said my vehicle was due for an update on my radio. They were unable to do it since I was a drop in on a Saturday and they were booked up. I decided to Ralp Sellers’s another attempt at servicing our vehicle serviced. The young many that helped me was nice enough. He took my request for an oil change and asked if I wanted my tires rotated. He said the cost would be $30. The young man never said anything about the update for my radio and the tire rotation cost was $40 instead of $30z I will be taking our vehicle to Gerry Lane for future services. I will also purchase our next vehicle elsewhere. More
