Busy Saturday I went to pick up my new Forester on a busy Saturday afternoon. It was fairly warm for late January so the dealership was crawling with customers. Eve I went to pick up my new Forester on a busy Saturday afternoon. It was fairly warm for late January so the dealership was crawling with customers. Everyone working at the place was busy but a number of times someone would check on me so I didn't feel forgotten. It took 3 1/2 hours to go thru the whole process an drive out in my new car but I felt under the circumstances it went pretty smoothly. My salesman Chris walked me thru the whole buying experience answering my questions as he went along. I would recommend Grand to any of my friends considering buying a Subaru. More

Great prices! No nonsense with what you pay! Ordered a Subaru Outback through internet sales. Chris Czaja was easy to work with. One of the rare car salesmen that you actually felt comfortable Ordered a Subaru Outback through internet sales. Chris Czaja was easy to work with. One of the rare car salesmen that you actually felt comfortable with. As a high volume dealer, the price for our Outback was outstanding. We went in with the "out the door price" predetermined, and they did not try to tack on any additional fees or other shady car dealer tricks. Grand Subaru Internet Sales is great for people who don't want to deal with the most annoying side of buying a car: haggling and price negotiation. We did end up taking 4 hours to buy the car. However, the managers and various sales people we encountered were friendly, pleasant, and appreciative to us. Would do business with again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a Subaru! More

He was knowledgeable about the WRX I was looking at and not just trying to sell me a car. As a younger buying it was nice to be treated with respect while looking at new cars. I would highly recommend making a trip to Grand Subaru before making your final decision. More

I had been looking to trade in my car and get a 2015 legacy, having no luck with from the very beginning Grand Subaru (Glenn Miller) was outstanding! I had been looking to trade in my car and get a 2015 legacy, having no luck with other dealers I had all but given up, and then I found Grand Subaru! They were outstanding! I got a quote on the 2015 Legacy limited that no other dealer was close to (if they ever even gave me a quote). From there on, Glenn was outstanding to deal with. He answered all my questions via email in a timely manner and was always there if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Grand Subaru and specially Glenn Miller to anyone who is interested in getting/trading in a Subaru. More

Don't Just Test Drive I made the mistake of not driving the Crosstrek under everyday conditions instead of the smooth roads around the dealer since city streets have tons o I made the mistake of not driving the Crosstrek under everyday conditions instead of the smooth roads around the dealer since city streets have tons of potholes. This would have made me adjust my seat and take better note of the lack of headroom, which there should be plenty of considering I am only 5'2". They allowed me to trade in that vehicle for another and stated they were taking a loss. They never gave me any paperwork showing options on either, but I do know the requested remote start was never added and without a breakdown of what was in the purchase price I can't say I wasn't charged. I requested a breakdown right after paying the difference in purchase price and a week later have nothing in writing, only a phone call that would offer no proof. After waiting for slips of papers that never appeared I feel taken advantage of. More

I would highly recommend Grand Subaru when buying a car. I had been to 3 other Subaru dealerships before coming to Grand and everyone had me believing that besides having to order and wait 3 months for a 20 I had been to 3 other Subaru dealerships before coming to Grand and everyone had me believing that besides having to order and wait 3 months for a 2014 Forester XT Touring, I would have to pay full price. One dealer did drop to $500 over invoice when he had a XT Touring on the lot but Melissa and Ryan blew everybody out of the water, literally! It just happened that after I ordered with Grand, a dealer received a XT Touring in the color I wanted with most of the options I wanted but I did not have the heart to tell him I had ordered a vehicle or the price I paid. Besides the price, I can honestly say that this purchase was painless! Melissa and Ryan treated me extremely well and made my purchase a pleasant experience. Once again, I would highly recommend Grand Subaru when buying a car! More

Best experience with a dealership so far! Everyone there was friendly, and the facilities are very nice! I did not feel like I was playing the "buying a new car game".
