Her and her team did a GREAT job trying to accommodate me and what I wanted. And like I said, at the end of the day, if it doesn't work out in your budget, it won't work. Briana kept in touch with me via text the whole time and I would like to thank you for your time. Although I ended up walking away (not because of you), I STILL feel that I NEEDED to right a GREAT review for you because of your GREAT customer service. Thanks Briana! More

Awesome Experience I've had experience with all kinds of dealerships in the past. Grand Subaru is not the stereotypical "Stealership". I was more than impressed. Grand Screwbaru They should rename the place "Grand Suckaru" Poor vehicle service. Poor customer service. Poor management. On July 16,2016, I dropped my 2014 S They should rename the place "Grand Suckaru" Poor vehicle service. Poor customer service. Poor management. On July 16,2016, I dropped my 2014 Subaru Forester (34,400 miles) off for the 30K Mile service. This service is a major service and costs around $500.00. I also requested that my vehicle be cleaned, waxed, and vacuumed, for an additional$125.00. 3 hours after I dropped off my car, the dealership calls and tries to sell me on $1000.00 in additional "repairs". Some items of which should be included in the 36K mile warranty. The service department at Grand Subaru refused to repair the following items: 1. Child-safe door lock does not function-unlatch. (Driver's side) 2. Brake lights are not working properly 3. Windshield wipers are worn out 4. Vehicle alignment 5. Battery test/replacement (I recently received a notice because it is recalled!) After repeated discussions with the service Dept (Anthony) and the manager (Ryan Drone); They refused to honor the vehicle warranty. I paid $500.00 for the 30K mile service, and was the car was given back to me dirtier than when I dropped it off. It had grease marks on the hood and steering wheel, and the service department didn't even attempt to clean the vehicle. I received very poor service and feel offended that the dealership not only will not honor their warranties, but also gave me back a filthy vehicle. More

Awesome Car Buying Experience! Great price, fast and efficient service. All the employees we had contact with were very friendly and accommodating to our time lines. Matt even gave us his cell number and said to call anytime with any questions (couldn't believe that!). The service dept. was able to add our side panel/mudflap package on the day we wanted and that service was efficient and timely. We drove away happy with our Forester and the dealership. Keep up the great work. We will definitely be back as well as refer friends and family. More

Great service! I spent several weeks test driving cars to decide what I wanted to purchase. I felt jerked around by my local Subaru dealer. At that point I went online to check prices, and received a quote (via edmunds.com) from Chris Czaja at Grand. His price was well below invoice, the best I had received from anyone. It was totally worth the 2 hour drive from my house to the dealership. Chris was AWESOME!!! He responded promptly to my every email, phone call and text message, and we had the deal settled in a matter of hours. He was straightforward and thorough. He explained everything I needed to know, and what I needed to bring with me to pick up the car. He came in early on a Saturday to take care of me. I've had the car for less than a week and he has called several times to make sure I am happy and answer any additional questions I have. I would recommend Grand Subaru and Chris Czaja to anyone looking for a vehicle. I normally enjoy car shopping about as much as bathing suit shopping (which is to say, not at all), but I found my experience with Chris and Grand to be grand. :) More

I had to haggle on my trade in value but I think that ultimately worked out well. The staff was excellent but the closing process was a little slow. I was able to resist most of the addition products they sell but I think they offer very good add ons as long as you negotiate the prices. More

We purchased a new Forester for my wife last Christmas and liked the car so much that we bought a new WRX this past week. They were so good with the Forester purchase that I didn't think it could get any better. I was wrong because they were even better with the WRX sale. I would recommend the D'Andrea brothers to anyone looking for a new or used Subaru or a quality pre-owned vehicle. You will not find a better overall experience anywhere else so don't waste your time. More
