I had looked online at the Jeep already and Ryan was quick on getting everything going so I could test drive it, and was also super good about looking at other possibility available to me. Once I decided on the Jeep he got everything going super quick. Adam in finance was very easy, fast, and nice to work with. They both got things figured out and worked everything out with me! As a fist time car buyer this whole process was a little worrisome, but they both made it super easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this dealership and Ryan to anyone looking for a vehicle! More

I'm sure it wasn't easy for him to figure out financing for me because of past employment issues, but somehow he got me a great deal on the car of my dreams! Third vehicle from Suburban.. Never again! In six years I'm a third time buyer with the Suburban Dealership family, First vehicle was a Jeep Grand Cherokee, great purchase.. Second was a In six years I'm a third time buyer with the Suburban Dealership family, First vehicle was a Jeep Grand Cherokee, great purchase.. Second was a Camaro, (Not so good purchase) which the Dealership caused about $1000.00 in damage "before" delivery. Two weeks later, the worker/ detailer finally admitted to damaging the car and what had happened and how he caused the dent in the roof and caused the rear glass to be replaced. Now for the (third vehicle) ((last week)) 2013 Dodge Charger. On the outside the car is great.. I take it for a quick 10 min test drive, because the fuel empty light is on.. I take a good look under the hood, didn't take anything off, but the engine area looks great, clean! and couldn't see what I am about to tell you.. Now, I'm buying that car, "Under video/ audio surveillance" I signed my life away after being told how this car has been inspected, checked out and ready to drive! (several times) Oh, just please sign on the dotted line to prove what we've told you is true!.. What BS! So, on my way to Chicago, (next day) I could smell smoke, something burning but couldn't find it.. Only one day after buying the car. SO smelling that 3 times during a 4 day trip, I get back and make an appointment with the local Dodge Dealer to find out what is going on. The Master Technician found a Rat nest under the beauty cover. To him, the technician, it was very evident that the dealership (Suburban Dodge) never did an inspection of the engine or anything else under the hood. (BUT) they did replace the air filter! (I think) Gee, thanks! After further inspection under the hood, he and I both noticed the serpentine belt was about to come apart, missing chunks on the grooved side and long lengthwise cracks down the length of the belt. Something so obvious as a belt, should have been found! or just popping off the beauty cover, how lazy can someone get! I will never be going back to any of the Suburban Dealerships for any kind of service, or car buying.. One last thing.. the Manager stated they are only making $300.00 on this car. Well, I know for fact that is a total lie.. Think about it.. How little your trade in value is???? So they washed it, cleaned the engine area, vacuumed the inside, and threw some air freshener in it. Dealerships make there money on service, we all know this.. but a used car lot makes more money than new sales.. SO, the $300.00 Suburban Dodge said they made, I would add at least another (0) on the end.. $3,000.00 Buyers beware!!! Sincerely, Pissed off customer! (Mike) More
