I had purchased a Toyota RAV 4 in 2018 from Beaver Toyota and stopped having my car serviced there because of the inappropriate and rude behavior from the service person I had to go to each visit. She would degrade me, tried to give me the wrong car keys/car leading to her yelling at me about it and would take her personal phone calls as she walked away repeatedly during my visits. I had called each visit to get a different service person and nothing was ever done. Very unprofessional and the service department actually lost my car (for a hour) and asked me where it was. It was the most bizarre experiences so when I had to purchase a new vehicle I came to Lou Sobh and I made the right choice. I also had to come in when my new phone would not connect to my CRV and Ryan Esloon fixed the problem and was so nice and knowledgeable!! All around win for me !! Thank you so much !!!! More
