Once again, Mr Augustine Cardona going above and beyond. I called him yesterday, May 14th.as he was leaving for the day and I was scare to drive my car as it sounded like if the wheels where about to fall. Mr Augie had told me not to worry he will make some phone calls and will go back to his desk to take care of my issues and told me not to worry that he has spoken to Ryan Foster and he will take good care of me. I was hesitant at first as for my husband and me we will rather work only with Augie for his caring attitude, but I told him that if he believes Mr Foster is good than I guess I have no choice to trust him than to give it a chance. I ask Mr Cardona to please stay on the line with me as I was terrified driving the car and of course he said yes. As we say with my husband Augie only for the “Amazing customer service he Always deliver to us” Mr Cardona was not mistaken when he told me to trust him, that Mr. Ryan Foster also has excellent customer service and cares about one issues. Augie was 100% correct. It was a pleasure to meet Mr. Foster! Thank You Augie for staying on the phone with me and for always caring! God Bless You Always More

Service review I had a very positive experience at your dealership this time. Ryan Foster was my point person and he was very helpful. Everything was done to my satisfaction and N a timely fashion. I would like to add a while back I came up there with a problem with my entertainment system. They took a look at it and said there was something broke and it will cost $1200 to fix it. I declined to have that done. Only to find out later that there was nothing wrong with the entertainment system it just needed a code input, which I did input and it’s been running perfectly ever since. Very disappointed that they invented something wrong and we’re willing to charge $1200 to have it replaced for no good reason. More

Service Department First time I had my Honda CRV serviced at the dealership. I found the service department exception! Hours were very accommodating. I received a very detailed description and price of the service my car need. The written estimate prioritized what needed to be corrected sooner rather than later and I felt no pressure to get everything fixed now. Ryan kept in touch with me via phone and text concerning progress on repairs. The repairs were completed promptly. My Honda is a 2013 CRV with approx. 97, 000 miles. I took it in for an air conditioner repair and had the 100,000 mile service. I was very impressed with the friendly, professional, service department at Brandon Honda and would recommend the service department based on my experience. Thank you for being open during this challenging time and offering such a positive experience. More

First time at Brandon Hoinda The 2017 Honda Civic Coupe I brought in for servicing is my daughter's car. She just moved to Florida from New Jersey a few weeks ago, so this was our The 2017 Honda Civic Coupe I brought in for servicing is my daughter's car. She just moved to Florida from New Jersey a few weeks ago, so this was our first experience at your dealership. From the vehicle drop off to the acquisition of a rental car to being apprised of the progress to rectify her issues to the pick up of the completed vehicle went flawlessly. I can not have asked for a better experience. Ryan Foster was very helpful, cordial and very professional, and as such, we will be using Brandon Honda for all my daughter's future servicing on her Honda. Thank you for a job well done. More
