Poor customer service representative. Ryan Foster should not be in customer service. As I was waiting at his station, one of your employees (African American) came to him with a question and he snapped at him and was hateful and disrespectful to him. He didn't go over anything found on my car such as worn tires, etc... I will avoid any contact with Ryan Foster in the future visits at your dealership. If this isn't possible I will go to a different location. The people in the waiting area were very helpful and friendly. More
