There's no excuse for a simple oil change to take over 3 hours to complete. Also, I seen multiple cars come in after me and leave before. Ridiculous and completely frustrating!!! hours to complete. Basically a good experience with a frightening event My service rep, Ryan Foster, was professional and courteous. I must say his demeanor was exceptional. The work on my car was done efficiently and I believe, expertly. My concern is that during this time of Co-Vid contagion the chairs in the waiting area were not placed 6 feet apart. At first I was fine, but a man sat down next to me, a table in between (about three feet away), and proceeded to take off his mask and indulge in a lengthy conversation without it. I overheard his admission that he was not feeling well and that he was awaiting results of his Co-Vid test. At this point I moved away. Luckily there was a seat available far away from him. My question is why isn't your company providing six foot distancing in the waiting area? Additionally, I wonder why you scheduled so many clients that this was unattainable. Brandon Honda owes a safe waiting experience for every client. I will not be back unless I can be assured that I will not have to endure an unsafe situation while waiting for my car repair. More
