I have given the rating of 5 "GREAT" because A.J Knoll and Ryan Ganser took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle I purchased. Although, the vehicle was not the one A.J Knoll and Ryan Ganser took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle I purchased. Although, the vehicle was not the one I had requested and put down a down payment of $1,000.00 to HOLD. The dealership that had the vehicle had sold it. A.J Knoll was told the vehicle was sold when he arrived at the dealership with the check in hand to purchase the vehicle because that dealership did not find one at South Oak Dodge to swap metal for metal. A.J did his best to make sure I was satisfied and apologized for what happened. But, the mishap was all out of his control. A.J had to leave before I came to South Oak Dodge to pick up the alternate vehicle he brought back for me. He called and ensured me Ryan will assist me with finalizing the purchase. Ryan was very apologetic for what had happen and made sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle. Thank you A.J and Ryan, I appreciate everything you did. Although this was an experience, I am very happy with the car. I think come winter I will appreciate the heated seats more than the blue tooth hands free device. More

My husband and I were looking for a dodge journey for the past two months. We came to the dealership and met Ryan. We even made an offer on the internet. Unfortunately our bankruptcy had not been discharged past two months. We came to the dealership and met Ryan. We even made an offer on the internet.
