Originally from Asheville, NC, I grew up around cars, motorcycles, and classic British cars. As my mom used to say, I've never met a stranger so I get along with everyone. I offer my guests a low pressure, educational and fun experience along with great customer service both during and after the sale. I enjoy helping people,and love seeing the smiles they have when they get the car they want! Ryan provided extremely knowledgeable service from the very beginning, including an out-of-the-blue inventory check the night prior. During my test drive, he truly gave me the chance to "own it" and discover ups and downs myself. He followed each experience with solid advice and enjoyable enthusiasm. His knowledge of Mini options and characteristics was impressive. I am looking forward to a long (but hopefully infrequent) relationship with Ferman as I enjoy my new purchase. Highly recommend! More
