I've worked for Ferman BMW/Mini since March 2011. I have been a BMW Service Advisor, BMW Client Advisor and currrently serving as a Finance Manager since October 2016. Prior to coming to Ferman, I was a BMW Service Advisor at another local BMW Dealership for over 4 years. Additionally, I am a retired U.S. Marine Master Sergeant who served 20 years of loyal and faithful service. There were a few problems with the finish on the car but Michael Stanton did an excellent service recovery. He turned an unhappy customer into a satisfied one.
