Originally from Asheville, NC, I grew up around cars, motorcycles, and classic British cars. As my mom used to say, I've never met a stranger so I get along with everyone. I offer my guests a low pressure, educational and fun experience along with great customer service both during and after the sale. I enjoy helping people,and love seeing the smiles they have when they get the car they want! I always make sure my guests feel free to contact me anytime if they ever have any needs, questions, or concerns. Ferman Mini has been in my orbit since purchasing a used 2013 Clubman in 2015. Santos was easy to work with at that time; he remains at Ferman and is still a delightful gentleman! That 2013 Mini has been i 2013 Clubman in 2015. Santos was easy to work with at that time; he remains at Ferman and is still a delightful gentleman! That 2013 Mini has been in for maintenance and service dozens of times over the 10 years. The team had my confidence and was always a 5-Star experience. I finally traded it in for a new Mini in April 2026. Ryan George was an excellent sales professional (as they call them "Motoring Advisor"). Santos was very helpful once again! Ryan was thorough in his explanation of the vehicle and pricing. He was really fun to work with! Buying a car is always stressful, but Ryan and Santos' kind nature made everything easy. More
