We met with Ryan Harkins, a really friendly guy who took great care of us, he answered all questions, and very smoothly stepped us through the purchase process. There was no absolutely no pressure, or waiting around for things to happen, this dealership and Ryan were incredibly efficient and pleasant. All the many things that needed to happen were handled quickly and seamlessly. We were even offered a quick tour of the dealership so we had a handle on dealership service procedures. The final important step was having a friendly tech specialist, Kara Mushala, help us set up the Chevy app on our phones and showing us through all the car instrumentation. We could not be happier!
