We were treated like we were long time customers even though this was our first visit. We appreciated the fact that the sales staff was not on commission and that they didn’t pressure us into adding any though this was our first visit. Fairly good experience with Ryan Harkins. Did not appreciate the sales manager trying to "force" us into after market warranties. Unknown to us, this unit does not have interior lights that s Did not appreciate the sales manager trying to "force" us into after market warranties. Unknown to us, this unit does not have interior lights that should light up when you open the doors so that you can see at night time. Do not like the engine shutting off when you are stopped in traffic. Stopped by the dealership on 12/11 around 11:45 am to try the wash. Wasn't open. Why? Otherwise good sales experience, just a few failures. More
