What a great dealership. I always have a great car purchase experience. When I take my Forester in for service, I feel like I am treated like I'm at a 5-Star hotel. Seriously I always have a great car purchase experience. When I take my Forester in for service, I feel like I am treated like I'm at a 5-Star hotel. Seriously. They go above and beyond in service and I know from my past experiences at other dealerships. The service advisers are all professional and super helpful and never take on a pressure sales role for anything. Loved my free car washes too! I let the Service Manager, Kevin Schmidt know that he has great employees! I am WILD about Wilde! More

Having purchased my Forester at Wilde, I've always had service there. Ryan Hinkle was my service writer until my last visit on 10/22. Ryan was amazing and he has trained Abby who helped me. I observed her desire to provide outstanding service and her professional manner was appreciated. I will be scheduling more service soon and I am betting she will be my new favorite service writer. Sorry it has taken so long to write this but here it is. We are on our third Subaru from Wilde Subaru. The last two were leased with the assistance of Kalie Frick. Kalie was absolutely instrumental in answ We are on our third Subaru from Wilde Subaru. The last two were leased with the assistance of Kalie Frick. Kalie was absolutely instrumental in answering any and all questions during the whole,process. Being a car guy myself , Kalie amazed me at her total knowledge of the vehicle and the lease,process itself. It,was,a,total pleasure working with Kalie and look forward to,seeing her again. By the way the entire team at Wilde has been a great experience including the service department and everyone that we have worked with. Well one more department that was,a,pleasure was,the finance. Dept making signing all those forms kind of,a,fun thing.and explaining each step. More
