I custom ordered a 2022 Gladiator and amid the supply chain constraints, my salesman, Mike Gebhardt, coached me on what options to order and what cou I custom ordered a 2022 Gladiator and amid the supply chain constraints, my salesman, Mike Gebhardt, coached me on what options to order and what could be added after it arrived (like spray in bed liner or rubber floor mats) in order for the truck to be produced and delivered quicker. Basically it was order strategizing so I wouldn’t have to wait months with all that it going on in the world. This was very insightful and professional to listen and hear what was important to me. DJ Wilks was my finance manager, he offered a light hearted, friendly, and informative experience making the second biggest purchase in my life, second only to buying my house. Making such a big purchase can be overwhelming and anxiety inducing, but DJ made sure that I was comfortable and well informed. I cannot say enough about how great this process was! More
