A bait and switch was pulled on me. I was originally offered $33k for my trade on vehicle whereas the final price was only $28k. The license plate of my trade in vehicle was shown on the dealership website with the sale listing for the vehicle. The vehicle I purchased was marked up $5k over MSRP. More

Buying a car at DCH was a great experience! I used their website initially to talk with them and to set up an appointment to do a test drive. In about 2 hours we had the deal done and picked it up the next day. Many thanks to Boris for making this pain free.
