Terrible at returning phone calls. I have purchased 3 vehicles here. The customer service has gotten worse my last two attempts....too bad.
I did receive a call back after several attempts. Grant was pleasant and informative. I have a better perception now.
Ryan was helpful answering my questions via email all throughout.
Jonathan offered to have someone pick me up or deliver car purchased to my home.
He has started emailing me to provide more information on vehicle options and pricing along with finalizing delivery. He did call me also and left a voicemail.
