I never felt like I was being pushed into something. Martin explained everything and made it easy for me to understand all I needed to know about this vehicle. As most people know these cars aren't cheap so making this huge purchase should have made me feel a little nervous. Not at Gates! They were all great! Even Nick in the finance department made all the paperwork feel like a breeze! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle they will get you the car you are looking for! I love my new Yukon xl!! More

He quickly educated me with details and was prepared for all questions asked of him. Ryan communicated documents necessary to secure the deal. Made me feel comfortable like I was not bothering with all my concerns. He then delivered the car driven by Martin, who continued my experience in a positive manner. He described every ounce of my car with clear direction. He was positive and calming as my anxiety was bordered because of my precious experience which caused me to loose trust in a quality dealership. We worked closely with Martin Quinones and Ryan Lapierre. Both were extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful throughout all points of the transaction. Ryan was excellent to work with and laid out the different options to purchase/lease the vehicle. He answered all of our questions and helped us make an informed decision that was the best option for our family. Martin did an excellent job throughout the entire sales process. He was highly knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of its bells and whistles. He spent a number of hours showing my wife the demo model a few months ago to make sure she was comfortable. On the day that we got our new vehicle, Martin delivered it to our house which saved us time and effort. He also spent about two hours with our family walking us through everything with the vehicle. In summary, I honestly could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Our family is very happy with the new vehicle. I can't wait to pay it off so that I can start thinking about getting a new SUV for myself! Thanks again to Martin & Ryan for an outstanding experience. The atmosphere and staff were much more laid back which took the edge off of what I am sure we all feel in most dealerships. My sales person Tara Rasmus could not have been nicer. She is extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles and process which also helps to relax you so you can enjoy the whole experience. The one big noticeable difference with my experience at Gates was the no bull straight to the point no pressure attitude. No games, no going back and forth for hours just straight up let's get it done pricing. Everyone really goes out of their way to not only make you feel comfortable but to make sure your experience is an enjoyable one. Attention to detail was second to none! Many thanks to Tara, Charlie Mannix, Ryan Lapierre and Chris Messier. Professional, courteous and just really nice people to deal with. So glad I made the drive from Rhode Island to Gates.
