All it takes is an ear I visited several area GMC dealerships in search of a new truck, but wasn't sure if I was after a Canyon or Sierra. I met with Nate Rameaka at Gates I visited several area GMC dealerships in search of a new truck, but wasn't sure if I was after a Canyon or Sierra. I met with Nate Rameaka at Gates and started on the pathway to a decision. The best thing Nate did was LISTEN to me and aide me by providing accurate information regarding both vehicles. After talking dollars, it was clear to me the best value was in the Sierra, even though both vehicles were awesome in their own right. You may think that Nate didn't really do anything special, but in comparison to my experience with salespeople at the other dealerships I visited, his behavior was impressive in its simplicity, and earned him and his employer a sale. Nate understood that every car buyer is different and instead of employing the typical "sell a car "mode other people in his position operate under, he was better. Way to go Nate! More
