The customer service is great!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car!!! I felt completely comfortable with everyone I worked with!! They knew exactly what I wanted and were able to make it happen! I else to buy a car!!! I felt completely comfortable with everyone I worked with!! Our entire experience with Gates was wonderful. The service was friendly and it was a great environment. We got a tour of the whole place and were given many options. The atmosphere at Gates was energetic, but I didn't feel pressured. They answered my questions without any committment on my part and got me a great car for me at the price I wanted. We received a good service at Gates Nissan. On the other hand they try to give us a very low amount for our Nissan Versa which we bought there. The original price for our trade in was very much below Kelly hand they try to give us a very low amount for our Nissan Versa which we bought there. When I went to Gates, I was referred by a friend. I did not know what to expect but I was pleasantly suprised by the friendly staff and atmosphere. I was very pleased that we were able to shop on-line and then received a very comfortable reception from the folks at Gates Automotive Group. Jeremy King was awesome!! He showed us the vehicles we wished to then received a very comfortable reception from the folks at Gates Automotive Group. Jeremy King was awesome!! He showed us the vehicles we wished to view, set us up with a drive for each vehicle. Never once did it seem that we were pressured or rushed into any decision we had to make. I will definitely recommend friends and family to Gates Automotive Group. I haven't had the chance to experience the service department yet , but I sure hope its the same quality of service that I received on the Sales end. More
