This has to be one of my best experiences in 50 years of buying a car. Paul spent the entire day in making my delivery complete. I arrived at 11am, shopped, test drove, made a decision after lunch, the leas buying a car. Paul spent the entire day in making my delivery complete. As soon as my wife and I walked in the door we were greeted with smiles right away. I was at the time leasing a Honda CRV and in the back of my mind I was going to buy it. I had heard great things about Gates and just wanted to check out the Nissan Rogue and my options. Ryan LaPierre was very helpful with working within my price range, and suggest I take the Rogue for a test drive. Paul Bacon explained and showed me all the features of the Rogue, I was sold before I even sat down in the car. Paul was very friendly and made it an easy transition to a new car. Nick Truax was efficient and made us feel at ease with all the paperwork. Gates gets it! More

I have never been to Gates, if it weren't for Autobytel and that I was looking for a Lacrosse I would have never traversed to North Windham but my choices were MJ's Brustolon, Wallingford Buick GMC and Gat and that I was looking for a Lacrosse I would have never traversed to North Windham but my choices were MJ's Brustolon, Wallingford Buick GMC and Gates. I've dealt with MJ Sullivan for 25 years and was always satisfied. I visited them for the Lacrosse, Brustolon never bothered to answer autobytel Paul answered immediately and Wallingford the next day. So in that order I would visit each dealer. It's obvious I had no reason to go to Wallingford or return to MJ's. I am thoroughly impressed with your facility and all those that make it what it is. I believe your reputation with your customers and those that have yet to become one is the most important thing over all else.
