My wife and I went to Newton Nissan looking for a certain color & options in a 2012 Armada. Newton Nissan did not have one on their lot. Not only did they find one close by, but stayed late to go pick color & options in a 2012 Armada. Newton Nissan did not have one on their lot. Not only did they find one close by, but stayed late to go pick it up and detail it when it got back. In addition they gave us a lower price for a vehicle with more options and accessories than what was quoted to us. Ryan Martin and his team made us feel comfortable during the whole process (not pressured like the last time we bought). Frank Taylor took the time after our car was detailed (9:00 PM) to show my wife all of the features inside the car as well as set up her Bluetooth. Bruce and Rob both took their time to explain all of the finance paperwork to us and even helped get us a lower interest rate. My Journey started Newton Nissan's Website on a September 4th Tuesday 2012 to get pre-approved on a vehicle. Following day I got an email from Nissan about vehicles that they offered then to look at models a 4th Tuesday 2012 to get pre-approved on a vehicle. Following day I got an email from Nissan about vehicles that they offered then to look at models and 2nd email from a sales person. Started working with sales person via email since I work during the day and then do Search and Rescue, Recovery and im a EMT-IV as well as well US&R Task Force 2. None the less I am very busy. About 5 days after filling out the form I was told I am approved and able to move forward in the deal. Now Sales Person Bo Denton was very nice and actually never made me feel like I was wasting her time. Was like what type of car and lets get you on a test drive. That was Thursday. That Saturday I showed up. They accidentally sold the car they wanted me to look at and roll with as an option first. Went over options and things I wanted and found some solutions. Took a test drive and decided to move forward. It was late in evening so we had to wait till Monday. Went up Monday was there by 5pm. Bo was there and we started working thru the paperwork. She already had them detail the vehicle and it was ready for driving off. Bo was extremely easy to work with genuinely cared about my concerns and questions. This was my first brand new car in my life. We went thru starting to move my stuff from my vehicle after a few forms and then my rescue equipment. We then Talked to Ryan Martin a few times but he finally fished working out the negotiation with the bank. We then took a break and went into finance. There I worked with Bruce Moss - Finance Manager. He also had came out while we were looking at the vehicle and moving stuff to the new vehicle. Was interactive and nice and asking questions with Bo. After inside was very detail oriented and explained everything to me. Was patient through all my questions. Was great at explaining everything with me. Gave me examples to what things were and what they did. Was very good to make sure i understood pro's/con's. Was very nervous this being first car and understanding everything. After done with finance. Bo went outside with me and helped me finish everything to get moved over. Bo went over the car with me and made sure I understood everything. What we could not get answered would be address when I come in later to have something installed. Over all I would rate this experience 4.5 on scale 1 to 5. First time buying a car new from a dealership. The people and dealership were great. I drove from Lavergne area all way up to Dealership instead of going to dealership only 15 min away. 1 Hour drive gave me seller support in navigating to buying a new car. My buying experience started with a visit about another vehicle about 3-5 months ago.. I was very pleased with my experienc though I decided on another vehicle elsewhere....a different brand.. My son and daughter-in-law had good experiences in three pervious transactions.. S0.. when I returned recently to view a 2012 (used Corp. vehicle)... and decided to trade, I was pleased with the way I was recieved, treated, and dealt with throughout the transaction. I bought my first Nissioon in over thirty years.. and to this point (one week in) love it. Its a better product than I had expected, better gas millage than I was led to believe (34 vs. 32 mpg)... I will... trade with Newton again, I will buy another(2 vehicles in the next couple of years)... and recommend Newton and Nisson to others. cordially, bruce grubbs More

As you are well aware, my purchase wasn't exactly a "smooth ride". (All Pun's Intended). I purchased a brand new Maxima with all of the available options from your dealership. I first, spoke with you on the phone about exactly which options I wanted. You had the options, but didn't have the color interior I wanted. We were aware that I purchased during the year end closeout event, yet you were enthusiastic about delivering the exact vehicle I requested. You, and Newton Nissan worked with local dealers to get me into the exact car I wanted. Your company and another local dealership traded and sent my new car to Newton Nissan. It arrived in less than desirable condition for a new vehicle. The Newton detailing team cleaned the car to the best of there ability. I picked it up and noticed that in high lighting I could see imperfections over the entire car. I contacted you with my concerns, and you worked around my schedule to resolve the issue. You told me from the start that you were 100% behind me. Indeed, you were. I brought the car in at my convenience, and you had the team right on fixing the issues. I understand that at that point: paperwork was signed, financing was done, and the car was legally mine. Having dealt with other dealerships, I also understand that they would have told me that I took the car off the lot, signed the paperwork, and now I own it. However you didn't do that. Newton Nissan made several attempts to fix the problems, and they were unable to be resolved. You and your sales manager met with me, and with unheard of service, informed me that "I understand, and I would't be happy either." There was no attempt to conceal the issues. I have been served with pure honesty, which is again unheard of in the car sales industry. You put me in another new Maxima that was in perfect condition! As far as I am concerned, you have permanently earned my business as a salesperson, a car company, and as an honest business. Newton Nissan has truly gone above and beyond expectation for a car dealership. I can not leave out your sales managers Ron and Bryan who made your spectacular service possible. The best marketing tool available is word of mouth. Newton Nissan will have all praise from me, and come highly recommended. The buying experience was good. Greg was informative and not pushy. We liked the car but wanted to see it in a color they did not have in stock yet. The staff is willing to go above and beyond to help you find the car you are looking for . . . even working on a holiday weekend to find the color and model of car that we wanted to purchase. The financing process was the best one we have ever had - Bruce did such a great job of explaning all of the paperwork, and answered our questions, too. All in all, a most pleasant experience. Randy described the Lincoln and being very clean, excellent condition, and no scratches or dings. Bravo! Randy was right. We have made many goose chases before relying on the dealer saying it wasin excellent condition. This was in supberb condition needless to say you know we bought the car then and there and drove it home. We are very happy with our car and we were already able to sell our cadillace in three days in front of our house. We can't speak more highly dealership of your dealership or of Randy for all his courtieses and friendly manner in taking care of us always offering us drinks, cookies, friendly talk wile waiting for our deal to be completed.
