When I came back the next day to pick up the car, Gateway's finance manager Robert had all the sale and loan docs professionally laid out and explained clearly, with me on my way in about 10 minutes. Ryan then gave me a thorough presentation of car's features plus a walk through of the dealership's service facilities, letting me know he was available if I had any future questions or problems with the car.
