We were told we could start my new 2017 Santa Fe Sport from my phone if we paid for an additional price. Come to find out that information is INCORRECT. My vehicle does not have that feature. The only thing our sales person can say is "he has sold many and has told people the same thing he told me and no one has come back and told him that they couldn't start their car from their phones. I was the first." Yet the only thing I've heard was I'm sorry, but If you decide to put an auto start in your vehicle I know someone who might be able to give you a discount. I'm VERY dissatisfied with this part!! I liked the idea of starting my brand new car from my phone. I don't want to put an after market auto start on my brand new vehicle. I would recommend them to others ONLY because of the no pressure experience. However I would advise people to do more of their own home work on the features of any vehicle that they plan to purchase before purchasing any vehicle. More
