From scheduling to execution, my experience could not have been better. I was easily able to make, and then ultimately reschedule my appointment when a conflict in scheduling arose. I received text and e have been better. I was easily able to make, and then ultimately reschedule my appointment when a conflict in scheduling arose. I received text and email updates before, during and after the service. The service pros were professional, kind and worked quickly to change my oil and do a full inspection. There were suggested additional services, such as changing the AC cabin filter, which I chose to do, but did not feel pressured to. Overall, servicing my vehicle with Battleground Kia was pleasant, professional and I look forward to having my vehicle taken care of there again. More

Awesome job by the service team! I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and my appointment was made last minute. The customer service was excellent from start to finish.
