We moved into this area 3 years ago and have found most of the dealers exasperating, at best. I was in the car business for many years, in sales as well as a service and parts director and we always treated people the way we would want to be treated, which is not the norm in this area, and then we found Subaru of Jacksonville! Thank God! No pressure, they make you feel like a valued customer. Their owner is available if needed. In the future this is the only place we will shop for a vehicle. He introduced himself and asked if I would consider a trade in on my car. There was absolutely no pressure, and he told me just to think about it. Two weeks later I was driving my new Subaru.
