He promptly had somebody take the car back to service department to get it corrected. He made sure everything was correct before I left. Good job! More

Tire issues and a happy customer! I went to Crown the other day with a tire issue, and needed a replacement. I had Ryan Murry and his partner in crime (because they share a desk are), I went to Crown the other day with a tire issue, and needed a replacement. I had Ryan Murry and his partner in crime (because they share a desk are), Jarett Ziemak. These two were great, and made my usually annoying car service trip really enjoyable. They took excellent care of me and my car, and I will be a return customer, specifically to these two. Thanks again guys! More

Make Check Engine Light Go Out I just got home from work when the check engine light went on. First thing in the morning at 8 on Thursday, I was at Crown Hyundai without an appoint I just got home from work when the check engine light went on. First thing in the morning at 8 on Thursday, I was at Crown Hyundai without an appointment. Jarett Ziemak, my usual service tech, was going to be in later in the morning. I saw his pal who sits next to him, Ryan Murray, who stepped up in handling my needs. I've had an issue with this light coming on before, it's not the gas cap. Ryan got my car in quickly. The work was completed by 10 so I could go off to work. As to the issue, the mechanic replaced something to do with computer reading...above my understanding. I needed this taken care of as I was traveling on Saturday and Monday (Naples, FL) with an over 2 hour trip on both days. Jarett got in just about the time I was leaving so it was good to see him and relay some details. These guys have always been professional and friendly. Ryan stepped in for Jarrett and I am grateful. Thank you. More

Saturday Morning My low beams went out Friday night. I went to Crown Hyundai Saturday morning at 9 AM without an appointment to see Jarrett Ziemak.
