Fantastic Custoker Service! This was my first vehicle purchase and after all the horror stories of high pressure salesmen I was rather nervous. Ryan was very upfront that this experience would not be that way, and it wasn’t! He really let me experience the car the way I wanted and let me make the decision to buy rather than pushing me to do so. While getting approved for financing took a really long time, we got approved and I love my Impala! More
