I just recently purchased a new vehicle from Dick Smith Ford and I have to say my experience was excellent. I had Devon Ortiz as my salesman and he was such a great help throughout this process. Totally transparent and helped achieve my financial goals. Tyrone Jackson was very clear on explaining all my warranty options and was very professional. For an out of the blue purchase, Dick Smith Ford went above and beyond! Matt and Wayne took the time to locate a vehicle to match exactly what I was looking for. My salesman, Wayne Eagle took time out of above and beyond! Matt and Wayne took the time to locate a vehicle to match exactly what I was looking for. My salesman, Wayne Eagle took time out of his own day to drive 55 miles away to pick the vehicle up!! Vanessa in finance, made it quick and easy to complete the deal. Zach in parts ordered my all weather mats and they arrived the same day! So much appreciation to Ryan, Matt, Wayne and Zach! ... I can't say thank you enough! I absolutely LOVE my new vehicle!! More
