Ryan Ratsch was so good to my husband and I today. We have been lookimg for a used car for our kids, and have been to many dealers. Ryan was perfect, very informative,and not pushy. Ryan was very helpful in describing the many features of my new Kia Forte EX. He explained the safety features in detail. He was also able to negotiate a fair price for the car.
