I don't have a whole lot of time to waist on shopping around for a vehicle so Ryan made it convenient to test drive after regular wo and on the ball. Ryan was extremely friendly and helpful in coordinating the busy schedule of my husband and myself. Offering to bring the car we were interested to my husbands work site to let him test drive it. When I found I did not have the title to the car I was trading in, he offered to go to the DMV and get the replacement and then bring it to us to sign off. He is willing to go above and beyond to make his clients feel comfortable and easy to work with. He will set up a time this week for my daughter to bring her new car into the dorsch on our side of town to have it detailed, fix the loose sunroof molding and fill it up with gas. To do this AFTER the papers were signed shows he is interested in our satisfaction in the vehicle. We have a number of his business cards and will definitely recommend his honest face to our friends and will be back to look for another used car this winter for our other daughter. I was looking to buy my first new vehicle. I narrowed my choices down to a Kia Sportage and Ford Escape. I liked Dorsch having Kia and Ford under one roof. My salesperson was Ryan Ratsch. He went over the features of both vehicles in great detail. I looked at vehicles multiple times. He let me make the decision. I never felt pressured in the 3 weeks I worked with him. He returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. I finally decided on the Ford Escape. While Dorsch did not have the exact model I wanted on the lot, he was able to find the Escape I did want in 3 business days(which I thought was fast). No complaints from this first time buyer. More
