I can say 99% of this deal was done through email and it took about 3-4 phone calls at the end of the deal to work out some details. Ryan delivered the MDX, brought all the paperwork to be signed and took away our trade. I have leased a few cars and I can say that this one has been the best experience so far, i didn't even have to go to the dealership. More
