Both Moshe Cohen (Sales Specialist) and Ryan Schmidt (Finance Manager) assisted me with everything from start to finish. They were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I even changed my mind on a car I had put a deposit on and Moshe was able to find and get me the exact car I wanted from another dealership within 2 days, at a great price. No hassles switching cars and redoing paperwork, no complaints that they had to locate and swap another vehicle for me so I would be happy. Ryan also went out of his way to assist me with financing options, getting me additional accessories Etc. I have purchased many cars over the years and usually pay cash. This time I had to finance a portion and this deal and overall transaction was even smoother than some of the all cash deals. To say this is a great Audi dealer in NJ is an understatement. Run to this dealer to get your next Audi and do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed! More

Before we purchased the car, Bell Audi's Allstate We purchased a used car from Bell Audi in Edison, New Jersey, after we lost our vehicle in a flood. Before we purchased the car, Bell Audi's Allstate agent, Walter Sellers, said we could purchase an extended service contract, in the event anything went wrong in the future. He said that as a former military veteran himself, he would ensure my husband and I, who are also both veterans, would be taken care of. Just before we signed the contract to purchase the car, we hesitated, and Barry Crincoli assured us if anything was wrong the vehicle, since it was used, they would make it right. A year later, our vehicle is still well under service contract, and Keith Kubat, Ryan Schmidt, and Barry Crincoli have given us the run around for two days. During every call, they have raised their voices, used foul language, lied, and told us that it wasn't their responsibility to fix the car. They will not provide contact information with their Allstate agent we purchased the service contract through either. We called Allstate, and they said it is up to Bell Audi and their Allstate agent to rectify the situation. I do not recommend anyone purchase a used car from Bell Audi. Not only do they not keep their word, they do not honor their disabled war veterans, as they claim they do. They are liars, as well as the Allstate agent they work with, Walter Sellers. More
