Grandpa Jerry Schneider was an original owner, now we have my Dad Ken Schneider and my Uncle Danny Schneider co-owning the dealership, as well as my brother Justin Schneider in Finance. I’ve been around Toyota’s my whole life and drive a 4Runner myself. Married in June of 2020 and a dad to a little red-headed boy since April 2022 loving every minute of both! Huge Cleveland sports fan as well as Ohio State and my alma mater Miami (OH). I've been happily married since June of 2020 and have a toddler with another on the way. I've purchased many new cars in my lifetime from dealerships and have had some pretty nasty experiences, but not here. As I drove away last night I reflected on how friendly, efficient and easy goin dealerships and have had some pretty nasty experiences, but not here. As I drove away last night I reflected on how friendly, efficient and easy going this group was, and it wasn't just me. As I looked around the showroom at the faces of others shopping for cars, all of them appeared to be having the same joyful experience. Car dealerships have had a rough go of it the past couple of years with COVID, supply shortages, and lack of inventory. As I visited other dealers looking to purchase this car, many chose to take advantage of their customers by charging as much as $10,000 OVER MSRP "because they could" (direct quote). Just because you can doesn't mean you should and Metro understands this well. Expect a fair deal and the best price as they will work with you to get the most out of your trade. Lastly, when I went to finance the vehicle, Ryan and Bob did a great job of getting the best deal. Keep in mind that sometimes the higher APR with a rebate is better than the lowest APR and that's exactly what they found for us, the best deal for US! Closing out the transaction, you can expect no pressure to buy add-ons. Ryan did a fantastic job of explaining the options in a no-pressure manner that allowed me to make a facts-based, logical decision vs. a pressured based one. He stayed late to finish with me and didn't rush me just so that he could get home to his family. It's the little things that make a difference with customers - showing them you care. Other dealers tried to add in more than $5,000 of maintenance options without even asking me if I was interested. This leads to a defensive posture that makes one wonder 'what didn't I catch in this deal' which leads to a bad experience overall. Not here, you can expect honesty, peace and a good deal. It may sound corny, but I NEVER right reviews. It has to be said - Hats off to this group! They've figured out how NOT to make the car sale sleazy. They run a great shop and I encourage anyone reading this to try them out, you'll see the difference right away. My only regret - not finding them sooner!!! More
