Price was a surprise as what is advertised isn't close to the cost of the vehicle . Price includes ALL of the specials combined, which isnt possible to qualify for. We almost didn't buy. I haven’t bought a car in 15 years and this was my first time with Jerry Ulm. I was pleased at how well the experience was from the test drive, until I drove my new Cherokee off of the lot. Ryan S. was very time with Jerry Ulm. I was pleased at how well the experience was from the test drive, until I drove my new Cherokee off of the lot. Ryan S. was very attentive and patient to my various questions with these newer “tech heavy” models. His enthusiasm only made mine grow in getting into something new.
