Moreover, because purchases of this magnitude are unique (had not purchased a car for over 13 years) and stressful it was refreshing and reassuring to have dealt with a such a competent salesperson. There was absolutely no misrepresentation of the information gleaned from the website, and he actually listened and responded respectfully to many of our trivial concerns.
