Ryan was awesome to work with. My mother-in-law was in an accident and it totaled her car (less than 2 years old) and the insurance company rushed her to get a new one before the r My mother-in-law was in an accident and it totaled her car (less than 2 years old) and the insurance company rushed her to get a new one before the rental ran out. She was not sure what she wanted, only that it needed to be all wheel drive. We were going to look at the Camry and then go to Subaru (which was what she had owned previously). We told Ryan what she wanted and he immediately found that on the lot was a car that met her needs and what she was looking at. We told him what she wanted to pay, then found another just like it at another dealership for a little less. He and Nick worked it out to make sure we got the price matched to the other. Saved us from having to drive anywhere else. Even though it was a long process (4 hours) we actually enjoyed being there and making the deal. Ryan kept us laughing and Nick made sure the financing went smoothly. So glad this was our first and only stop. Mom has had the car about 2 weeks now and really likes it. Ryan checks in regularly in case she needs anything else (at 78 the new cars are a bit much) and we are extremely satisfied with how he handled the deal from start to finish and beyond!!
