Great sales team and great overall experience I went into Lima Auto Mall yesterday thinking about trading in my Toyota Camry, but I really did not think it was going to be a possibility. I figured I went into Lima Auto Mall yesterday thinking about trading in my Toyota Camry, but I really did not think it was going to be a possibility. I figured I owed too much on the Camry to be able to drive away in an Equinox. Not only did they have an Equinox that was exactly like what I was looking for, they were able to make it affordable. I arrived with my parents in tow, on the colde I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working with the folks at Lima Auto Mall. I arrived with my parents in tow, on the coldest day of the year, and Chris took everything in stride. He answered our questions, worked with our budget, and generally walked me through the process (since it was my first purchase from a dealership). He also brushed the snow off the car I wanted to test drive and gave its battery a boost since it had frozen up. He also made sure the service department tested the battery further to make sure it was good to go. Later, Ryan approved my loan and explained its terms and Aaron completed my transaction. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
