Worth the drive We live a little over an hour away from Lima in a bigger city, but we really appreciated the small town friendliness and competitive pricing of Lima A We live a little over an hour away from Lima in a bigger city, but we really appreciated the small town friendliness and competitive pricing of Lima Auto Mall. Steve Morrison was our sales associate and he was perfect for us. He knew our vehicle and had answers when we asked questions. No hard selling, just friendliness, and he gave us space so we could make a decision over about a week. Even when it didn't feel like he was going to make the sale he was the same friendly person. Our purchase day was smooth as we worked with Aaron Brougher who explained what we were signing with a nice sense of humor to go along with the sale. A great experience and we have a great car. More

They have a wonderful group of people who answer your questions and treat you with kindness and understanding. After agonizing to see if I finally made it on my own enough with my credit and get a vehicle without having to have a cosigner finally came true. Wonderful terms of the contract for the purchase of my 2013 Nissan Rouge that made me so happy I teared up that my hard work over the finally paid off. Anyhow, I would ALWAYS recommend this wonderful group of people and dealership because after I was approved they handled everything from my trade, down payment, license plate transfer, insurance transfer with efficiency that I was not accustom too.
