We came to Lima Auto Mall after finding a vehicle we liked on their website. Ryan Swaney was first to greet us and followed us through the process of test driving, questions & trade-in, with ultimately liked on their website. It all started when I went to Auto Trader online to look for the vehicle I was searching for. I found 2 and the first 1 called was Lima Auto Mall in Lima, Oh. I was so lucky when I called this dealership an for the vehicle I was searching for. I found 2 and the first 1 called was Lima Auto Mall in Lima, Oh. I was so lucky when I called this dealership and Ryan Swaney answered the phone. I talked to this young man for the 1st time and it felt like I already knew him. It so happened to be that the car I found and liked online was already sold and Ryan asked me if I wanted him to look for another car like it and I said yes. Few days later he called me and said he has one and I can come look at it. I drove 1 hour to view this car and bought it and drove it home. I have never done business with a car salesman like Ryan, he answered all my questions taking his time to make sure I understood everything discussed. My deal went so smoothly and worry free, it was an awesome pleasure to do business with people who actually care about their customers. Thanks Ryan for my car, you did an amazing job. I am one to keep my cars until the wheels fall off so when it came time for me to look for a new car (my car was 16 years old) I dreaded the thought of having to deal with it. I found a car that met my when it came time for me to look for a new car (my car was 16 years old) I dreaded the thought of having to deal with it. I found a car that met my criteria on Monday night online and sent an inquiry requesting more info. The next day Ryan Swaney called me and emailed me the information I requested. Since they closed at 6 that night I knew I could not make it up there before then so I told Ryan I would at least drive up to look at the car from the outside. On my way up there around 7 Ryan called me and said he was still there and would wait for me to get there. Once we arrived the car was ready for us to look at and ready for a test drive. After the test drive Ryan gave us additional information I told him I would think about it and get back with him. After I got home and found the price of this car better than any other around I went ahead and filled out an online application to proceed. The next a.m. Ryan called me to say I could pick my car up after I got off work :). When we arrived everything was set ready to go and after signing a few papers (Adam was the big help on this part!) everything was set for me to drive away in my new car. They even called my insurance company and had temporary ID cards faxed over for me. I would highly recommend the Lima Auto Mall to anyone looking for a great experience in purchasing a new or used car! More

Ryan was out when I got there Sean iintroduced himself and presented me with all the vehicles I had emailed Ryan about. Ryan was on a new car delivery which showed me the personal care this dealership has and presented me with all the vehicles I had emailed Ryan about. Ryan was on a new car delivery which showed me the personal care this dealership has for its customers . I'd rather change customers to family. I felt like I met a group of peole that cared about me more as a person then the next number. I will go back and I will recomend this dealership to others it is great being treated like family when you are making a large finacel decision. More

Probably one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle,I drove two and a half hours to pick the vehicle up, The vehocle was clean and inside Ryan Swaney had a cup of coffee waiting fo purchasing a vehicle,I drove two and a half hours to pick the vehicle up, The vehocle was clean and inside Ryan Swaney had a cup of coffee waiting for me. Ryan made sure I was truly happy with the vehicle before I took the drive home and made sure I understood how things worked on the vehicle. The final paper work although a lot was painless and they got me on my way as quick as they could. I have bought many vehicles through the years and have not received a follow up call in many years except maybe a recording. I not only got a follow up call from Ryan but also emails to follow up and make sure I got home ok and the vehicle was ok. Once again than you Ryan and Lima auto mall keep up the good work. More

The dealer advertised $6,500 off of a new Malibu with an asterisk beside it in the Sunday paper, needless to say I was skeptical. I contacted the dealership by e-mail to confirm that this was indeed the ca asterisk beside it in the Sunday paper, needless to say I was skeptical. I contacted the dealership by e-mail to confirm that this was indeed the case on the Malibu 1LT I was interested in, I was assured by Ryan Swaney the sales manager that it was true. We exchanged several e-mails throughout the day with additional questions. I never actually spoke with anyone at the dealership until I called Ryan to let them know I was on my way. I was still expecting a surprise when I got there, I did get a surprise, the price was exactly as stated. After applying a $3,000 credit from my GM Card, I purchased a brand new 2012 Malibu 1LT for $9,500 off of list. This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience in 35 years of buying vehicles. The only issue we had was when trying to activate the OnStar, we could not get a representative to answer the phone. Ryan contacted OnStar the following morning to find out what the problem was. He was told they were in the middle of a changeover which caused the slow service. I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Ryan Swaney at the Lima Auto Mall. I got a great deal along with great customer service. More

Ryan was a huge help to a big decision me andy parents were making. Considering I drive a ways for work everyday a new car was in need and Ryan made that experience smooth sailing. I happen to be one of their many out of state buyers t It all started with the Auto Trader information provided on my vehicle by their Dealership. I happen to be one of their many out of state buyers that viewed one of their adds. They went above and beyond 99% of the other Dealers with the description and the 50 pictures provided for veiwing. It allowed me to look at every aspect of the truck. Then we had the phone call to check status of the truck..."most dealers use a bait and switch inventory"...show you one really nice truck but it has always just been sold...and they have something almost as good but just a little more money... Not here folks. They had the truck shown in the Auto Trader add. Ryan Swaney answered any and all questions asked, taking his time to make sure I had NO issues. His professionalism with me over the phone helped to confirmed my decision to drive 12 hours from Kansas City in snow and ice to buy that truck in Ohio. My deal went so smoothe and worry free it was a great pleasure to do business with people who geniunely care for their customers and take the time to make every aspect of the "Deal" go so flawlessly.
