Probably one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle,I drove two and a half hours to pick the vehicle up, The vehocle was clean and inside Ryan Swaney had a cup of coffee waiting fo purchasing a vehicle,I drove two and a half hours to pick the vehicle up, The vehocle was clean and inside Ryan Swaney had a cup of coffee waiting for me. Ryan made sure I was truly happy with the vehicle before I took the drive home and made sure I understood how things worked on the vehicle. The final paper work although a lot was painless and they got me on my way as quick as they could. I have bought many vehicles through the years and have not received a follow up call in many years except maybe a recording. I not only got a follow up call from Ryan but also emails to follow up and make sure I got home ok and the vehicle was ok. Once again than you Ryan and Lima auto mall keep up the good work. More

The dealer advertised $6,500 off of a new Malibu with an asterisk beside it in the Sunday paper, needless to say I was skeptical. I contacted the dealership by e-mail to confirm that this was indeed the case on the Malibu 1LT I was interested in, I was assured by Ryan Swaney the sales manager that it was true. We exchanged several e-mails throughout the day with additional questions. I never actually spoke with anyone at the dealership until I called Ryan to let them know I was on my way. I was still expecting a surprise when I got there, I did get a surprise, the price was exactly as stated. After applying a $3,000 credit from my GM Card, I purchased a brand new 2012 Malibu 1LT for $9,500 off of list. This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience in 35 years of buying vehicles. The only issue we had was when trying to activate the OnStar, we could not get a representative to answer the phone. Ryan contacted OnStar the following morning to find out what the problem was. He was told they were in the middle of a changeover which caused the slow service. I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Ryan Swaney at the Lima Auto Mall. I got a great deal along with great customer service. More

I happen to be one of their many out of state buyers that viewed one of their adds. They went above and beyond 99% of the other Dealers with the description and the 50 pictures provided for veiwing. It allowed me to look at every aspect of the truck. Then we had the phone call to check status of the truck..."most dealers use a bait and switch inventory"...show you one really nice truck but it has always just been sold...and they have something almost as good but just a little more money... Not here folks. They had the truck shown in the Auto Trader add. Ryan Swaney answered any and all questions asked, taking his time to make sure I had NO issues. His professionalism with me over the phone helped to confirmed my decision to drive 12 hours from Kansas City in snow and ice to buy that truck in Ohio. My deal went so smoothe and worry free it was a great pleasure to do business with people who geniunely care for their customers and take the time to make every aspect of the "Deal" go so flawlessly. My experience at this dealer was awesome. As I approached the door, a young lady opened it and welcomed me to the dealership. I was immediately asked how I could be helped and when I mentioned the name of the person I was to see (I already had an appointment as I had shopped on the internet)they were immediately contacted and arrived to help me. There were absolutely no pressure sales and I was given the opportunity to drive as many cars as I wanted and as often as I wanted. I drove two cars that night again with no pressure to buy went back on Monday night and drove a third car which I then decided to purchase. I had done my homework and compared prices and new I was getting a great deal. From the sales manager to the finance manager everyone was courteous, professional and made my experience great. When I took delivery of the car, they explained everything to me regarding its operation that they had not shown me before. I was introduced to the service manager and shown the service area as well. Top notch dealership and personnel. More

Outstanding out of state sale from Virginia. I found the car first on Cars.com and phoned immediately and was introduced to Ryan Swaney. The sale was a trade in of a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel Overland. I have to say I will never buy a car from a local dealership again. Every interaction with Ryan was accurate, honest, professional, and friendly. As the car was being traded in the then owner was involved in a minor collision that required body work. Ryan was forthcoming about the event and provided me with a rational plan of attack. If our relationship and interactions previous had not been so stellar, I probably would have backed out then. Instead I hung in with Ryan and he continued to keep me informed. I am thrilled beyond words. My husband flew to OH from VA in the early morning of 17 Sept 2011. He was immediately met by a driver who drove him directly to the Dealership. Upon arrival, the paperwork had been prepared in advance. My husband had a wonderful test drive and equipment verification with Josh Schuman and Ryan Swaney. My husband was on the road about an hour when I received a call from Ryan informing me he had left and he was safely on his 8.5 hour journey home. I was a child on Christmas morning waiting for my husband and new Jeep to arrive home safely. I am thrilled with the condition, price and abilities of my new Jeep. When our six year old daughter woke, she ran out side to see the new Jeep. She jumped up and down in her pjs in our driveway. As she jumped into the backseat to explore her new domain she squealed.. " there is an OHIO STATE Bear in here, is he for me?" Richard explained Mr. Ryan had bought it for her. " I love Mr. Ryan for getting us this AWESOME new car Mommy." I took her and two of her pals for a spin. Its a hit, she is a rockstar on the street now. I can not recommend Lima Auto Mall any more highly. The service, cooperation, support and overall demeanor made this substantial purchase seem like nothing. You will not find a better dealership. Ryan is stellar. The overall experience when dealing with Lima Auto Mall was outstanding. I had called ahead and told Ryan Swaney that I would be coming to test drive a truck and it was ready for me when I got there. I ended up test driving a different vehicle because I found a different one that I liked better. After test driving it I knew that I wanted to work out a deal for it. When dealing with Ryan I was very comfortable and we had no problem negotiating a price. After a while we had everything worked out and I was able to drive it home that night.
