From the time I initially contacted Dylan Cook to inquire about the vehicle until the final papers were signed - Dylan was punctual, professional, and made sure that my questions were answered. He had the car ready for our early arrival on a Saturday morning and worked to make the process of buying as quick as possible so I could get back on the road for home. Never once was he pushy or overburdening. I also need to add that Charles (financing) was very knowledgeable in the Used Clean Vehicle tax credit area which was very helpful, and Ryan (used sales manager) made the process smooth and effortless. It is rare in this day to enjoy the experience of buying a car, but this team made the process easy. Keep up the great work guys! More
