They had my car for 9 1/2 weeks and it was the only car I owned. Even after determining what the problem was it took over 2 weeks to do the repair. Too many unnecessary repairs recommended to repair. Brought the car in for an oil change and you recommended over $13,000 in suggested repairs when the car was running fine. Rip off artists, overcharged, didn't fix xxxx, dishonest, broke 3 things inside my jeep, thw xxxxxxx mechanic bitched about the way I personallycustomized my jeep...its my jeep not his too bad xxxxxxx, and broke 3 things inside my jeep, thw xxxxxxx mechanic bitched about the way I personallycustomized my jeep...its my jeep not his too bad xxxxxxx, and they kept my jeep until I finally called them to ask what's going on with my jeep. The xxxxxxx mechanic sucks and they couldn't give a xxxx about you or your jeep. I will NEVER bring any of my jeeps there or ever set foot inside that rip off place ever again More

If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought my used Toyota Rav4 there. I purchased the complete warranty. I made an 8:30 appointment, took my car in to get the air conditioning checked I bought my used Toyota Rav4 there. I purchased the complete warranty. I made an 8:30 appointment, took my car in to get the air conditioning checked - repair covered by warranty with $100 deductible. The customer service agent asked me if I had a warranty. I told him I did. After almost 30 minutes, he said he couldn't find the warranty and insisted that I was wrong in having one. He asked several times if I was sure that I had one. I purchased the warranty through them. Turns out he kept on putting the VIN incorrectly. After waiting 3 hours, I saw my car was done. I went out to speak to the driver who turned out to be the mechanic. He said it was low on freon and the valve was a little loose. He tightened the valve, and filled up about half a container of freon. I waited 2 more hours. The service manager said they were waiting on the warranty company. The warranty company called me and said they were waiting on the dealership. I told them both I was confused because my car was already done. The warranty company said they wouldn't cover the service because they didn't get anything from the dealership and the dealership already did the repair. The dealership presented me with a bill of $750. They said there was nothing they could do. The dealership said the warranty was doing the process wrong. The warranty company said the dealership was doing the process wrong. I told them that their miscommunication was not my fault or any customer's fault and that I would not be paying. The customer service agent then lied to me about the details of the repair, saying more freon was used because my car's freon was empty. Absolutely absurd. Either completely incompetent or crooked or both. I ended up paying $250 just to get my car. More
